Poultry Farming & Hatchery Management
Learn the practical fundamentals of commercial poultry production and hatchery operations. Understand breed selection, housing, feeding, brooding, biosecurity, vaccination awareness, flock management, egg handling, incubation, chick management, records and basic economics. Develop practical knowledge for starting or efficiently managing a small or commercial poultry enterprise.
This is skill training. It is not a statutory farm licence.
You follow the flow from day-old chicks or hatching eggs through brooding, grow-out, and layer or broiler management. Training covers shed layout, litter and ventilation, feed programmes, egg quality checks, incubator operation, and biosecurity habits that keep flocks healthy while staying within your role as a farm manager—not a prescribing veterinarian.
