Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Basics

Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Basics

Build foundational practical knowledge of livestock management and preventive animal care. Learn housing, nutrition, breeding basics, hygiene, vaccination awareness, disease prevention, biosecurity, record keeping and routine farm management. This is a basic husbandry skill course and is not a veterinary qualification or substitute for professional veterinary care.

This is basic husbandry skill training. It is not a veterinary qualification and it does not replace a veterinarian.

You learn day-to-day livestock care for cattle, buffalo, and other farm animals common in Indian mixed-farming systems: safe handling, clean housing, balanced feeding, clean water, breeding calendars, and simple records. Training emphasises prevention, observation, and knowing when to call a qualified veterinarian rather than diagnosing or treating animals yourself.
